Polished Concrete – Office Building, Beverly Hills
Jevan Araujo, owner, IT’S SO CLEAN CSLB #1071609
Five thousand square feet of office floor in Beverly Hills, polished over ten working days on a slab that had cracked and been patched more than once.

What we walked into
A slab with real history in it – crack lines running across the floor, round patch repairs where floor boxes had been moved, and service outlets set flush into the concrete along the glazing line.
What we did
Polished the slab as it was, cutting in around every floor box and taking the finish across the cracks rather than trying to disguise them.
What made it difficult
This is the conversation worth having before a job like this starts. Polishing does not remove cracks or patches, it makes them clearer, and a client has to want that. Here the patches read as part of the floor rather than as damage, but that only works if it is agreed up front.
The result
A bright, reflective office floor with its own history visible in it. The floor boxes sit flush and clean, and the light from the glazing carries right across the space.
