IT’S SO CLEAN works out of two locations: an office in Redondo Beach and an equipment yard in Canoga Park. That split lets us reach the South Bay, the Westside, the Harbor and the San Fernando Valley without putting a long haul on the machines, which is the difference between quoting your job and quoting your job plus two hours of drive time.

What makes it worth the trip
Moving grinders, extractors and a ride-on scraper two hours each way has a real cost. On a large floor that cost disappears into the square footage. On a small one it does not.

Call with the square footage and the city before you assume we are out of range. We have run multi-site work in the Bay Area. Distance is a math problem, not a policy.
How distance affects your job
Scheduling
Jobs near either yard are easier to slot into a gap. Work further out gets scheduled in blocks so we are not driving the fleet back and forth across the basin.
Site visits
Free anywhere in LA County and Orange County. Outside those, we will often quote from photos and measurements first, then come out once the job is real.
Minimums
1,000 sqft commercial, 500 sqft residential, 400 sqft garages. Extended counties are commercial only.
