Epoxy Coating

Twenty-five epoxy floors between 400 and 9,500 square feet. The pattern here is industrial warehouses, retail units and offices, alongside commercial kitchens, a laundromat and a pet boarding facility — rooms that need a surface which can be hosed down rather than swept.

Epoxy goes over the slab rather than into it, so the preparation matters more than the coating. Each project lists the system used, how deep the preparation went and how long the room was out of use. Some of these floors began as failed coatings laid by someone else; those pages say so plainly.
